All account purchases on FortAccounts are protected under Buyer Protection to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and security. Our goal with Buyer Protection is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, resulting in happy customers and minimal issues.

What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection represents the rights provided to buyers during any account purchase on FortAccounts. This coverage ensures that if your situation qualifies under Buyer Protection, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
Approved claims are handled according to the applicable policy terms, including replacement support during the warranty period and refunds only where specifically stated. Buyer Protection does not cover items within the account, additional expenses, or the fee paid for extended warranty. The standard 7-day warranty is free for all purchases.
Important: Buyer Protection works together with our Refund Policy. Coverage review does not
automatically mean a refund. Resolution depends on the type of issue and the applicable policy
terms.

Buyer Protection Duration
For all categories of game accounts sold on FortAccounts, the standard Buyer Protection period is 7 days. After 7 days, if extended protection was not purchased, our support team will no longer assess the claim under warranty. However, they will still work to resolve your issue whenever possible.

Extended Buyer Protection
When purchasing an account, you have the option to extend your Buyer Protection period. This ensures that our team will review and support you under Buyer Protection for an extended duration, giving you added peace of mind.
With Extended Warranty, your standard 7-day Buyer Protection is extended up to 14 days, offering you additional security and extended support coverage to help keep your account secure and functional.

Buyer Protection Coverage
Covered
Your warranty covers:
- The account does not work or is not as described.
- Loss of access due to account recovery by the seller.
- Account bans due to ownership transfer.
- Account bans resulting from offenses made by the seller.
Not Covered
Your warranty does not cover:
- Account bans due to your actions, such as using cheats on the account.
- Loss of access unrelated to the seller, such as forgetting your 2FA backup code or password.
- Account bans for not following seller instructions, such as contacting game support when advised not to do so.
- Reselling the account to another person. If you resell the account, your warranty becomes void.
